The staff was very friendly! The check-in was also very quick and they gave us great tips for things to do in the area. The hotel itself was nice, but it is definitely more outdated than the pictures make it seem.

It's a pretty good hotel. There are many shopping malls and restaurants next to it, which is very convenient. However, the hotel is located at the intersection of a main road and a highway. You need to pay special attention when entering and exiting the main road.

The rooms were clean, area was perfect for our destinations, and the ladies behind the desk were very friendly and accommodating. My family had 6 rooms and they were able to keep us close together. Also, LOVED the “pop up” bar in the evenings!

The room we stayed in was okay. Nothing spectacular, definitely could use some updates. The pool area isn’t heated so I would say the pool is unusable in the winter due to how cold it was. Also the pool room was disgusting, there was what looked to be dried vomit on one of the walls and used bandaids all over the floor. The heating unit in the room kicked on several times throughout the night and sounded like it was was going to blow up! The staff was very kind, but the hotel itself could use some improvements and cleaning.

When we walked in the front desk was extremely friendly and it felt very comfortable like we were returning even though we never have been there before. The rooms were very spacious and clean. Ashley our waitress was very pleasant and kind especially to my kids who tend to be well you know kids. The food was delicious I do wish the pool was heated because it was winter it was unbearably cold but the hot tub was nice and area was very clean. Thank you for everything and we will definitely be returning.

Pleasant rooms with very comfortable bed but decor was somewhat plain. Bathroom dated but very functional. Good fitness room (Precor machines).
